Onsite consultation
Through our onsite consultation, we assist you in determining the best design and style for your project, and provide an evaluation for proper structural support to ensure your railing will endure over time. We work with you to provide recommendations for the perfect railing, assess any potential problem areas, and guide you through all stages of the project. The consultation will give you a full assessment of the space and requirements for safety and installation.
Virtual consultation
Virtual consultations are typically provided for our customers outside of Western Washington. Simply provide us with photographs of your home or job site, along with measurements for the project area. Our expert staff will make railing recommendations to fit your need, and also address potential problem areas. We provide this service at no charge.
In order to provide maximum safety for your project, it is critical that we understand the composition of your surrounding building materials. Your new railing requires secure attachment to proper supports for safety and durability. A layout survey by a licensed contractor will determine where the stud reinforcements are placed in your walls and curbs. Also, precise measurement of the area to be spanned will determine the ideal railing configuration for your space. We provide guaranteed, expert layout service to conform to building codes, by arrangement, for those customers in Western Washington State.
Our lasting finish protects your railing from rust, weather and unnecessary deterioration. The finish is a uniform, highly durable coating of resin and pigment powder, fused to the metal rails and components through a curing process. The process guarantees a beautiful, enduring and subtle finish that will last decades.
Proper installation is key to the success of your railing project, and is generally completed within one to two days, depending on the size of your job. Our experienced installers will work with your contractor, designer, and architect to erect the railings to code specifications and to everyone’s full satisfaction. Installation is available in limited areas of Western Washington State for an hourly fee.
